Monday, June 4th: Miami Group-Sierra Club monthly meeting and presentation on ECO-ADVENTURE TRIPS

7pm-9pm at the Scouting Achievement Center (10078 Reading Road)

Brian Jorg, Chief Horticulturalist of the Cincinnati Zoo, will present a dynamic presentation on “THE FLORA, FAUNA, CULTURE, CUSTOMS, AND ECO-SYSTEMS OF THE GALAPAGOS ISLANDS, SOUTH AFRICA, AND THE AMAZON”. Brian Jorg runs local wildflower photography trips to the Smokeys, Clifton Gorge, and other parks, as well as running wildlife viewing trips to Alaska, Africa, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and the Yucatan. His photographs have been published in magazines, field guides, calendars, and greeting cards. At the zoo, Brian manages the Native Plant Program which includes conservation, education, and promotion of native flora.
