The Nature Conservancy is the leading conservation organization working around the world to protect ecologically important lands and waters for nature and people. They have protected more than 119 million acres of land and thousands of miles of rivers worldwide — and operate more than 100 marine conservation projects globally. The Ohio Program currently manages 25 preserves throughout the state of Ohio and has helped protect nearly 60,000 acres of our state’s natural heritage.

Briana Walsh has been with The Nature Conservancy Ohio Program as the Community Representative of Greater Cincinnati for 1 year and resides in Loveland, Ohio. She has a Master’s in Public Administration/Nonprofit Management from Bowling Green State University and completed her BA in Communications and Business from The Ohio State University. While in school, she assisted with conservation efforts of Leatherback Sea Turtles in Costa Rica, and is thrilled to now be working to protect our natural world as a career.
