The Richard and Lucile Durrell Edge of Appalachia Preserve System, just 75 miles east of Cincinnati in Adams County was founded by The Nature Conservancy and is admistered by the Cincinnati Museum Center, specifically by Program Manager Chris Bedel.
Chris will tell us all about the uniqueness and diversity of flora and organisms at this special place at 7:30 PM at the Audubon meeting at Winton Center. Winton Center is located in Winton Woods Hamilton County Park. If traveling north on Winton Rd cross the bridge over Winton Lake and at the first traffic light turn left (west) onto Valleyview Dr and turn left into the first driveway for Winton Center.
There is plenty of parking for this free program. We’d like you to come at 7:00 for 30 minutes of fellowship and light refreshments.
