Miami Group outings led a great backpack trip through the rugged Joyce Kilmer Slickrock Wilderness at the end of October. We had hoped to see a lot of color but in the mountains there were very few leaves on the trees. We did see some good color in the valleys. The trip included Jay Freeman, Kathy Freeman and Jen Jose.
