The Energy Committee works on energy efficiency, encouraging communities to commit to Ready for 100% Renewable Energy, works on state energy policies with the Public Utilities Commission, and helps with Energy Aggregation campaigns.

Energy Aggregation (also known as Community Choice Aggregation) is a great way for a city to collectively negotiate for lower-cost clean, renewable energy. Ohioans have saved hundreds of millions of dollars using energy aggregation. A community can select the power source and get solar or wind power.
