Sierra Club Miami Group’s new Earth Chat Media Club had their first meeting via Zoom on September 14 to talk about A Life on Our Planet by David Attenborough. The chat was well attended, with lively discussions ranging from the Inflation Reduction Act, reducing palm oil consumption, electrification, and composting.
The Earth Chat Media Club was formed to provide community, education and action. Our new group will focus on books, movies, podcasts and other media that highlight environmental and sustainability issues and how we as individuals, communities and systems can make change for a brighter future.
