Getting more signatures on our Clean Air Petition!
Thanks to so many who have signed our petition to US EPA to re-establish the Air Nuisance Rule. Sierra Club won a big victory when the Sixth Circuit federal court ordered EPA review its decision to gut the Air Nuisance Rule (ANR) during the final days of the Trump administration.
