Joseph “Duke”, loving husband of 50 years of Judy Sinnard (nee Flickinger), was a proud member of Plumber’s Local 59/392. Joe was an active member of the Sierra Club, helping to organize Inner City Outings and the Morning Glory Ride. He died Friday January 20, 2012 at the age of 71.
