Electrify Cincinnati is a campaign to encourage and support Cincinnatians in eliminating natural gas and other fossil fuels from their homes, and using electricity instead. The Green Cincinnati Plan sets a goal of converting 20,000 residences to all-electric by 2028, and the Inflation Reduction Act provides big subsidies to make it affordable. Come learn why and how to make your residence cleaner, greener, and more affordable by electrifying. When it dies, electrify!
Presenter Larry Falkin is former director of the City of Cincinnati’s Office of Environment and Sustainability and a member of Sierra Club Miami Group’s Executive Committee. He has (almost) converted his 100-year-old home to be all-electric.
The forum will be held 7 PM Monday, October 7, 2024, at Mt. Auburn Presbyterian Church, 103 William Howard Taft Road, Cincinnati.
