Memorial Grove Service Outing at French Park – April 13th

Sat. April 13; Memorial Grove Spring Service Outing at French Park (rain date April 27)

The Memorial Grove was formed in 2012 to honor and remember local Sierra Club members or immediate family of members that have passed. So far, 17 native memorial trees have been planted in approximately an acre of land made available to the Club by Cincinnati Parks.

Please join us for this spring service outing, as we set the stage for a healthy growing season for our Memorial Grove trees. We will meet at 10:00 near French Park’s children’s play area to clean up, replant and remove honeysuckle.

Work clothes, gloves, pruners, and loppers recommended. Hot coffee and donuts will be provided!
