The Sierra Club Miami Group Educational Forum on September 3, 2024 will feature Jim Vogt, a volunteer with Pachamama Alliance.
With roots deep in the Amazon rainforest, the Pachamama Alliance works to equip people around the world with inspiration and training to regenerate the planet’s ecosystems and restore our relationship with the Earth, with each other, and with ourselves.
Jim’s presentation will describe Pachamama’s work with the indigenous leaders in the Amazon rainforest as well as training and programs – such as Project Drawdown – which have been developed for transforming the vision of the Global North. How we can we become involved with Pachamama in its effort to reverse global warming?
The forum will be held 7 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at Mt. Auburn Presbyterian Church, 103 William Howard Taft Road, Cincinnati.
