Every month the Miami Group Educational Forum brings the community a new environmental program to inform, inspire and motivate members and non-members alike. We are looking for a volunteer to help with the “behind the scenes” set up and management of these hybrid virtual and in-person events.
Tasks include initiating, recording and monitoring the Zoom meeting, setting up the in-room computer, TV, camera and speaker system, and managing the overall room setup and logistics. You’ll be part of a team working to make our presentations the highest quality productions possible and increase the audience for our environmental message.
