What is balcony solar? Will it save me money? Is it safe? Is it legal? How does it work? Do I need a balcony? Where can I buy it? These are some of the questions people are asking about balcony solar.
In the last year, 10 states have legalized balcony solar, also called plug-in solar, and many more states have legislation pending. It’s a hot discussion topic. Does the reality live up to the hype?
Larry Falkin and Nathan Alley will team up to demystify balcony solar. We’ll start with “show and tell”, unpacking and setting up a balcony solar kit. We’ll address some of the technical and legal issues raised by balcony solar. Then it’s discussion time. Ask your questions. Share your perspective. Maybe there will be people in the audience who are already using balcony solar. We’d love to hear those stories.
