You now have the ability to quickly rent a kayak and get out on Mill Creek, thanks to a collaborative effort by our friends at Mill Creek Alliance, Cincinnati Recreation Commission, Tri-State Trails and Schack’s Yaks. The new kiosk, located at Salway Park across from Spring Grove, makes it easy enjoy some time with nature on the water.
The Mill Creek is on average as clean as the Little Miami now and there is very little current at the put-in at the Old Timber Inn parking lot. And yes you will see a lot of fish, box turtles, blue herons and maybe even a bald eagle!
