Education Forum February 5: Western Wildlife Corridor protects the Ohio River Valley (video posted)

Habitat fragmentation and invasive species are among the leading threats to our local ecosystem. On February 5, our  our guest speaker Matt Trokan from Western Wildlife Corridor Monday addressed how they are protecting and restoring natural habitat along the Ohio River Valley.

Matt grew up in Delhi along a tributary of Wulff Run Creek and spent many hours in his youth hiking and exploring natural areas in Ohio. Matt received his Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University and a Master of Environmental Study from The Evergreen State College. His graduate research studied the relationships between climate, plants, and people.
