Senate Bill 383 is being sponsored by Sen. Louis Blessing and Sen. Casey Weinstein to legalize plug-in solar panels in Ohio. Unlike rooftop solar panels, plug-in solar panels will give Ohioans individual agency to reduce their utility costs and decrease the amount of energy they pull off the grid.
