A huge “thank you!” to everyone who helped make the Sierra Club Miami Group gear sale at Paddlefest’s Outdoors for All Expo another great success. We sincerely appreciate all those who donated their well-loved gear, and want to thank all of the Miami Group Outings Leaders who helped at the sale. And of course thank you to all of the people who stopped by to browse, chat and find a bargain. This year’s event raised more than $2,000 for Miami Group, helping to support our environmental education, advocacy and outings programs. Just as important, we give new life to a lot of old gear, and encourage new outdoor enthusiasts to get outside We always enjoy the great conversation and networking that comes with this event, and hope our visitors do as well.
