Sierra Club has joined a coalition of 17 health and environmental organizations to sue the Trump Administration over its recent revoking of the Environmental Protection Agency’s longstanding greenhouse gas “endangerment finding” under the federal Clean Air Act. This action eliminates EPA’s ability to directly fight the climate crisis. The Administration is implementing this beginning with vehicles, but plans to expand it to power plants.
